During our chocolate tasting, you will embark on a sweet journey into the world of cocoa.

From the harvesting, through the roasting to the refining process, participants will uncover everything about the cocoa bean and Swiss chocolate. At the same time, they will get to taste a variety of old a new flavours and learn how to pair them.

From the premium Grand Cru Bean to an exotic Lassi bar, participants will discover the artfulness of Swiss chocolate making while tantalizing their taste buds to become a chocolate connoisseur.
